The liquid waste safety funnels can prevent the evaporation of 99% harmful gas, eliminate the potential safety hazards such as the dumping and storage of laboratory liquid waste. There are various types of safety funnel liquid waste collection products suitable for inside and outside the Fume hood for your choice.
Storing chemical liquid waste in open-top containers releases volatile, flammable, and toxic vapors — often colorless and odorless — into the surrounding air over time.
Any spark or flame can ignite flammable substances in the air, spreading the flame to other areas and causing significant losses to the laboratory.
A variety of modified activated carbon filled high-efficiency exhaust filters absorb and filter harmful gases, balance the pressure inside and outside the container, prevent barrel expansion, ensure smooth liquid discharge, and effectively prevent dangerous situations such as backflow and backflow.
Volatile liquid waste in sealed containers may build pressure, causing rupture. Sudden release of toxic vapors upon opening poses health risks and—if exposed to static or flames—explosions or fires.
After the liquid waste container is full, there will be an audible and visual beep alarm, and the volume can be adjusted to prompt you to replace the liquid waste container in a timely manner.
Colorless, odorless toxic vapors (e.g., dichloromethane) lingering in indoor air can cause dizziness or nausea through chronic inhalation. Health impacts often go undiagnosed in medical exams.
